  • How do I book?
    Please submit our Inquiry Form with all of your party details. We will send you a proposal within 3 business days. From there you can sign your contract and make your deposit. A 25% deposit is required to hold the date.
  • When is the final payment due?
    Final payment is due two weeks prior to your event.
  • How often is the equipment cleaned?
    All equpiment is throughly cleaned and disenfected after each use.
  • Can the equipment be set up outside?
    All packages can be set up outdoors, weather permiting. If rain is in the forcast we will not set up outside. Please note that equipment can get hot when outside. We recommend setting up in a shaded area or under a tent.
  • What areas do you service?/ Is there a delivery fee?
    We are located in Flemington, NJ and service the following areas: Central New Jersey North Jersey Jersey Shore (North of Seaside Park) Parts of Pennsylvania (Bucks County, Lehigh County, Northhampton County) Parts of Staten Island Delivery is included within 20 miles of Flemington, NJ. All events outside this area will be charged a Delivery Fee based on location.
  • What is the cancelation policy?
    All payments are non-refundable (beside the cleaning/damage deposit). In the event that you need to cancel you will recieve a credit (vaild for 13 months from orginal event date) to use toward a future booking. In order to recieve a credit you must cancel a minimum of 48 hour in advanced.
